Grievance Registration
Important Note
- Complete Information regarding Grievance must be provided and must be clarified point wise so that Grievance can be addressed properly.
- Please ensure to mention your Mobile Number and email Id, so that information can be sent to your mobile number via SMS.
- After registering the Grievance, the Grievance number may be noted for future reference.
- Any scan document(s) must be scanned in 150 DPI (Output Resolution) and in single PDF file.
- Matters already under jurisdiction of court should be avoided to be registered in this system.
- Complainant would be himself responsible for any wrong grievance submitted and RPSC will not deal with any grievance which is not related to the Commission.
- Application under RTI will not be considered in Grievances system.
परिवेदना के समुचित निस्तारण के लिए अभ्यर्थी कृपया ध्यान दें –
- परिवेदना से संबंधित सभी विवरण पूर्ण व बिन्दुवार दर्ज करें।
- परीक्षा का नाम व एप्लीकेशन आईडी को सावधानी पूर्वक दर्ज करें।
- अपना मोबाइल नं. व ई-मेल आईडी अवश्य दर्ज करें। इन माध्यमों से आयोग द्वारा आपको सूचित किया जायेगा।
- यदि पूर्व में कोई परिवाद दिया है तो उसका सन्दर्भ विवरण में अवश्य दें।
- न्यायालय में विचाराधीन प्रकरण / वादों को दर्ज न करें।
- अपने परिवाद की शिकायत संख्या का भविष्य में सन्दर्भ के लिए ध्यान रखें।
- दस्तावेज 150 डीपीआई पर स्कैन कर एक पीडीएफ फाइल में ही अपलोड करें।
- आयोग से संबंधित परिवादों पर ही आयोग द्वारा कार्यवाही किया जाना संभव है। अतः संबंधित परिवाद ही दर्ज करें।
- सूचना के अधिकार (आरटीआई) के तहत आवेदन इस पोर्टल पर दर्ज न करें। आरटीआई के तहत जानकारी के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया अनुसार ही आवेदन करें।
