  परिवेदना के समुचित निस्तारण के लिए अभ्यर्थी कृपया ध्यान दें :

• यह पोर्टल आयोग द्वारा वर्ष 2018 से विज्ञापित भर्तियों संबंधी परिवेदनाओं हेतु है। यदि अभ्यर्थी को इससे पूर्व की भर्तियों हेतु परिवेदना है तो आयोग से लिखित में पत्राचार करें।
• आयोग से संबंधित परिवादों को ही इस पोटल पर दर्ज करें। साथ ही परिवेदना से संबंधित सभी विवरण पूर्ण व बिन्दुवार दर्ज करें।
• शिकायत दर्ज करने के बाद, भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए शिकायत संख्या नोट कर ली जाए।
• यदि पूर्व में कोई परिवाद दिया है तो उसका सन्दर्भ विवरण में अवश्य दें।
• न्यायालय में विचाराधीन प्रकरण/वादों को इस पोर्टल पर दर्ज न करें।
• प्रस्तुत की गई किसी भी गलत शिकायत के लिए शिकायतकर्ता स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा तथा आयोग ऐसी किसी भी शिकायत का निपटारा नहीं करने हेतु स्वतंत्र होगा।
• सूचना के अधिकार (आरटीआई) के तहत आवेदन इस पोर्टल पर दर्ज न करें। आरटीआई के तहत जानकारी के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया अनुसार ही आवेदन करें।
• अभ्यर्थी प्रत्येक एप्लिकेशन आईडी/ओटीआर नंबर के साथ अधिकतम पांच (05) शिकायतें दर्ज कर सकते हैं

 Candidates please note for proper disposal of the complaint :

• This portal is for the recruitments advertised by the Commission from the year 2018. If the candidate has any complaint regarding earlier recruitments then he/she should correspond in writing with the Commission.
• Register only commission related complaints on this portal. Also enter all the details related to the complaint completely and point wise.
• After registering the Grievance, Grievance number may be noted for future.
• If any Grievance has been filed in the past, please mention it in the details.
• Matters under consideration in court should not be registered on this portal.
• Complainant would be himself responsible for any wrong grievance submitted and Commission will be independent for not deal such grievance.
• Do not file applications under Right to Information (RTI) on this portal. Apply for information under RTI only as per the prescribed procedure.
• Candidates can submit a Maximum of Five (05) Grievances with Each Application ID / OTR Number.
